Abby L. Botnick joined Shapero & Roloff, Co., L.P.A. as an associate attorney in 2005. Abby graduated cum laude from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2004 where she was a member of the nationally ranked Cleveland-Marhsall Moot Court Team. While on the team, she competed at the John Marshall International Moot Court Competition in Information Technology & Privacy Law in Chicago, Illinois. Her team finished as a quarterfinalist after several rounds of argument in front of Municipal, State and Federal court judges. Abby and her team went on to receive the Best Petitioner's Brief award over many top teams from the United States and abroad. The brief was published in the John Marshall Journal of Computer and Information Law, 22 J. Marshall J. Computer & Info. L. 261. Before graduating law school, Abby was awarded membership in the prestigious Order of Barristers for her performance in oral and written advocacy.

Abby is licensed in practice law in Ohio and is a member of the Cleveland, Cuyahoga County, and Ohio State Bar Associations. Abby looks forward to becoming an active member in the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.

Abby is a native of the Cleveland area and graduated from Berea High School in 1997. She went on to attend Case Western Reserve University where she obtained a B.A. in Psychology in 2001.
