Neal E. Shapero is the managing shareholder of the law firm of Shapero & Roloff Co., L.P.A.  His over twenty years of experience includes all aspects of plaintiff's personal injury.  He has successfully litigated numerous cases throughout the various courts in the State of Ohio and beyond.  Mr. Shapero is frequently requested by other attorneys throughout Ohio to serve as co-counsel regarding complex and sophisticated matters, such as medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and neglect, product liability, employer intentional torts, sexual harassment and civil rights violations. 

As part of his trial practice, he represents labor unions regarding unfair labor practices, arbitrations and breach of contract litigation.  Mr. Shapero's practice also includes negotiating employment separation agreements, litigating claims involving unlawful discrimination and wrongful discharge. He devotes time to the education of lawyers and is often invited to lecture at legal seminars regarding his areas of expertise.

Mr. Shapero grew up in Lorain, Ohio where he graduated from Admiral King High School. He received his B.S. Degree from Kent State University. He received his law degree from the University of Akron.
