Labor Unions in the United States have a rich history that pre-dates the Civil War. With the inception of the AFL-CIO and Railroad Organizations, strong, permanent, unions began to take shape. Our firm recognizes and appreciates the contributions Unions have made in the advancement of fair working conditions and wages, as well as attitudes and policies on discrimination, global trade, and health care. We also defend Unions in breach of the duty of fair representation cases. In addition, we regularly offer our services on an individual basis to Union members.
